I’m pretty sure she’s a Joe Goode Grey, as I was told, but I would like to hear others’ opinions. She lays white eggs with an almost unnoticeable shade of brown/peach. Her name is coco

She looks just like the pictures I googled of Joe Goode grey hens. The color is actually silver wheaten, but it's called grey in some types of American game fowl. So, to answer your question, I see no reason to doubt what you were told.

She looks like a buttermilk grey hen. Could be a joe Goode? Yes. Do certain American games have distinctive traits yes but you can only really go by what the breeders say as far as what family the breed is.

You may want to research leg color. Im not keen enough to know specifically the joe goode line to know proper leg color

She has a dark blue/purple leg color. I found that a bit odd but didn’t think much of it.

Actually one of the main ways to tell different families of the same breed is leg color. comb type another. Whatever she is she's very nice looking congrats
