So i have a question?

My rooster is mating with my 4 months old pullets. The process looks as normal as it could be. He does his thing, she then does the little dance when he’s done. The pullets aren’t laying yet, and they are healthy, thank god. I don’t think there’s any sideffects to that. You should be good. How old is your pullet?

Ohhh alright yea he dances all thr time .im not sure how old aybe about 4 months

When pullets are about to start laying they will squat down for a rooster when he makes his advances and not struggle or anything during the act. The only difference with immature pullets is that they will not accept the rooster's advances and will try to escape if possible or resist if cornered. This means that they can become very stressed by the rooster and can end up with bald patches on their heads where they are struggling against him.
There is no physical problem with the actual act if their reproductive systems are not mature, it is just unnecessary. With enough space the immature pullets can stay away from a rooster, and if he has access to mature pullets or hens he shouldn't bother the non laying ones too much.
