Is it possible to hatch and incubate an egg by cracking off the shell part where the air cell is so you can watch it develop? I kind of want to do that I just don't want to do that and have it die. Yes I would have the humidity high and turn it and everything

I would think that the shell does a number of things to protect the embryo---temperature stabilizer, UV light diffuser. just my opinion

Oh yes! I forgot to say that you put plastic wrap over the egg and have a tiny hole but you must obviously make sure that its always facing up
