So if a Hurricane comes through should the news cover it?

I am highly upset with my krgv.com news team. They suck they still have yesterdays 9am broadcast up here: https://www.krgv.com/latest-weathercast after a Cat 1 borderline 2 storm rolled through(as of this posting). I found they did have live broadcasts on facebook about 5 hours after my major questions were unanswered about the forecast. At 3AM they still have a 9AM(16 hour stale?) previous forecast posted. They should be ashamed I guess weekend hurricanes never happen or deserve reporting on.

Naturally I trolled them(via my wifes FB account) as I needed alternate sources of information while they flailed around. You need to be self sufficient around here. When I flipped on their FB channel I got to see a car crossing a puddle of water like that was news and never heard a word about our newly issued areal tornado watch from NWS.

I bet @TropicalBabies has better news than I do. Thankfully NOAA and the NWS were at work today. She is next in line for a hurricane that I know here.

Weird thing is that we have been seeing a lot of coverage here in NJ. :idunno I don't get it. Even NJ news which is primarily local had some coverage.

To be honest it is now in the past tense and my BRO NWS was on top of things on social media and the net plus spagettimodels.com . After I trolled them on FB they updated their website to add a watch live link. I don't bother with tv and the internet provides everything I need.
