so my muscovy baby boy (help)

Well I thought they hit maturity much older, he doesn't even look mature at the moment. He still looks like a baby. Only 16 weeks, almost 4 months.

I just took that a few minutes ago actually.


but that's weird. I've tried getting him to be friends with other ducks but he is convinced he is 100% human.
I've been worried about how that might play out once he hits maturity. I doubt it is aggression though, if anything affection.

I don't know what to think about this!

If they are shaking/vibrating and then try to flop their neck over your hand/arm/whatever, they are trying to dominate you. THEY want to be the boss. When my ducks do this, it leads to me saying "your not the boss of me" and then petting them, which they find rather annoying

When my buff mutt got obnoxious about it, I picked her up and carried her around a bit. She got the message

Hahahahah. Awww, I think that makes it halarious actually. I always tell him what to do, and now he thinks hes a big boy cuz he can 'fly' onto my bed.


He's only boss in his dreams.
