So, what causes an egg like this??

So, one of our chickens has been laying for a couple weeks, we get a lot of double yolked small greenish eggs from her as her system gets used to laying, but today we found this one . . . there was a membrane all the way around (like nothing came leaking out of that tube), but I'm just curious what would cause such an odd egg . . .

Never seen one like that either, I'd be blowing it out and rinsing to save it.

Have no clue as to why, just hope it doesn't happen again.
