[Surburban Homesteader]

Hi,

My name is Warren. I have a little "surburban homestead" here in the suburbs of Harrisburg PA. I have been thinking of adding chickens, and am here to learn all I can! I would love to meet up with someone from the area who could answer a few questions about sourcing things. For example, I'm a little worried about rasing my own chicks, is there somewhere I can get some young adult chickens? Do you know of anyone local who could help me build a coop/ chicken tractor? I haven't seen much on rasing birds for meat (would that make most of you shutter?) Is there somewhere that would dress my birds?
