SoCal: Two Pekin drakes in need of new home

So my partner and I have separated and it looks like I'll be selling the house and moving. As much as it saddens me, I need to put my two Pekin drakes up for adoption, Nibbler and his son, Captain Nemo. The stress of this separation has already made it difficult for me to care for them... lawyers, grief, plus being on my own with nobody to help. They are not getting the attention they need and deserve. I can't take them with me so it would be best to find them a loving home where I know they will be safe. If it gets down to the wire I will run out of options and need to dump them at a shelter to an uncertain fate.

These ducks have a pond and are used to sleeping indoors, but I will consider any home so long as they have water to swim in and a safe, predator-proof enclosure to sleep in at night.

I'm in Los Angeles so a home in Southern California would be preferred. I'll post pics in a bit. They are beautiful, affectionate ducks.

Breaks my heart to lose them.
 
I would take both if I lived closer! We have a tiny pond, but havent let the duck use it, we havent used it either. We do let the ducks get out a couple times a week and we have a baby pool and a small black tub for the babies. They get locked up at night and are put in a pen during the day. The little ducks ll be moving to my gmas pond in the next week or so. Their pond is huge and has lots of fish.
They could be added to the bundle... but we cant pay for shipping :( good luck!
 
Trying to work things out so I can stay here and keep the animals... That said, please PM if you can take them so I can have a back-up plan for them in case it doesn't work out.
