Soft egg/no shell HELP!!!

Came to the coop this morning and found a jelly like egg that has very soft shell and then an egg that is just the yolk but its covered in I'm guessing what was supposed to be the egg shell. I dont know who played it but I have no clue what to do. Someone please help.

Hi there. How long have your girls been laying?

Sometimes it just takes a while for their bodies to work out all the details of egg laying. Do you give them oyster shell in addition to their feed?
