soft egg

We have had our hens for several months - no problems with anything . Yesterday we got 1 egg that is soft shelled . Like it didn't harden . Today we had no problems . We think it came from our Leghorn hen .
any thoughts ?

I don't know what might have caused it but if she's laying fine today it might just have been a random occurence. I would say don't worry about it.
