Soft full crop?

For about a week I have noticed one hen twisting her neck and has a very large full crop it has gone down a bit at night but not for a couple of days. It is very soft can't fell anything in there and no smell. It does make squishy noises when massaged. I just gave her some oil. What else should I do. I don't believe she is eating or drinking much either.

What do you mean when you say twisting her neck? As in wry neck or what? Please explain?

Even though it doesn't smell, I would try to gently make her vomit just in case.

It's possible it's nothing.

Its like she is adjusting her neck to make room? How do you make her vomit?
