Soft Turkey eggs

I have two hens and they just started laying. One hen is always laying soft eggs the shells are the texture of latex. I am not trying to keep the eggs to eat or hatch just want healthy hens any advice? I started them on oysters shells when they started laying a couple weeks ago. They are fed 17% Dumor All flock feed. Thank you

Try switching to layer feed.

Try switching to layer feed.

Okay. I had them on all flock because I also have one Tom and read that layer feed was bad for male birds. Thank you for the advice
