Solar power system configuration? Anyone know any solar forums?

I am trying to figure out what I need to piece together a little solar system to power my "larder". I think just a full size upright freezer and some lights- possibly a dehumidifier. A small electric heater perhaps if its not too much work...

I found lots of videos on youtube and stuff but i just dont know where to go to ask just what wattage panels and how many- how many batteries, and what size inverter and adapter or whatever- for said needs.

Anyone have any ideas. We're not paying a professional, and theres no solar stores around here, so its not like I can just stroll in and ask someone.
