Sold as SL Wyandottes but no silver? Black Wyandotte or different breed?

These guys are about 10 weeks old and were originally labelled silver laced (obvs not and I don't put much stock in TS labels anyways). I didn't realize plain black wyandottes were a thing until these two didn't lace out and I started researching. They seem to fit the profile but I don't know enough to be sure. Any ideas?

They don’t have rose combs but what looks to be pea combs. I’m not sure what they are but my bet is they aren’t Wyandottes

Also their legs should be more yellow and the head would be silvery rather than black. The silver runs down the neck from the top of the head not around it. Black Wyandotte? Couldn't say.

They look like black wyandottes to me. The combs will look more rosecombed as they age.

I’m pretty sure they are either black Wyandottes or VERY low quality silver Laced Wyandottes
