Awesome! That was a wonderful sale! To anyone who find duck eggs a little too firm- try using an immersion blender to 'beat' them. You will cook up some heavenly fluffy duck eggs! Add a teeny splash of milk if you find them still too firm- but I don't think you will. I beat at least 2-3 at a time though- otherwise the immersion (aka stick) blender struggles sometimes with too small amounts of things. Then cook low and slow. YUM!!
