I posted a month or so back that my SO made pets out of the two turkeys I bought this spring to butcher for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
I knew there was no point in me doing the deed as SO would sit at the table and pick at the meat and not eat it and tell the invited guest that they were eating her pets.
So, I placed an ad in a local newspaper and was able to sell them. I only got 12 dollars a piece but at least I don't have to feed them for life now.
