Some hatched early - now what?

We are trying our 1st incubation of chicken eggs. Yesterday (and sometime before we got up this morning) we have had 6 hatch. There are still 7 eggs (5 of which I am almost positive were fertile, the other 2 I was kind of sure) which have not. 21 day is actually tomorrow. Should I take the hatched chickens out after 48hrs if the others have not hatched or wait?
