Living in the Bay Area and knowing others on here probably keep or want to keep chickens, I though I'd post some links to the laws in the area. Most are County laws and some local city laws.

"20 feet from any dwelling". Does the word dwelling mean the house itself, or the house with its backyard? Our neighbor's house is about 20 feet from our common backyard fence, so can I let my chickens stay along our fence line? Or do I need to keep my chickens 20 feet away from the fence?
