some meat in their diet

I've heard its okay to intro some meat scraps such as boiled down chicken or any meat to a hen's diet.
But my concerns are the raccoons and rats it may attract if not finished. What is your take on meat protein in the run?

It's fine to feed them some meat. Whatever you feed them should be totally consumed within minutes.

Mine ate what was left of 5lbs of crawfish last night.

My run is all chain link so aint anything getting in without wire cutters.

Should be fine, i feed mine meat occasionally. Just be sure they’ve eaten it all before they go to bed otherwise you’ll have to clean it up.
