someone tell me how to fix my incabator

its a cabnet style with three shelves and a hatcher tray in the bottom.The temp work the air works but one things doesnt..when you push the button up to turn the treys your self it moves but if you lock it down for auto turning it wont do nothing.i know how to hacth but when it comes to fixing them i have no idea.please give me sujections..and please talk to me like a child so i understand lol

it's probably the timer to turn the trays...hmmm...you can buy most parts for the sportsmans online...
dumb question, but you waited 3hrs before you moved the switch again right? sometimes when you put it on auto it will tilt right away, other times it waits a cycle before tilting...
