Something ate a chicken.

Well there wasn't chicken wire on the bottom. The whole frame is wooden and it dug completely under the frame. I guess I was naive, I really didn't think anything would try to get them until winter. We have an abundance of berries, rabbits, frogs, etc. I thought, heck if they have to work hard to get my chickens they just won't come. They showed me. We did some adjustments to the coop/run area and I pray that all is well. We didn't have any visitors last night, so maybe it worked.
