Something got my broody hen last night, as I forgot to close the coop. She hatched 2 babies already and I have them in my brooder, but she was sitting on one egg. I do not know how long the egg was abandon, could have been up to 8 hours because it was during the night.
I have the egg and been trying to keep warm, what should I do?? I don't have an incubator and it should be hatching any day now.

Sorry for the problems you are dealing with. All you can do is try to keep the egg warm but making sure temp does not go above 99 F. Good luck, and remember to close the coop. It's something that most of us have forgotten one time.
