I have four ducks all together the oldest female has been busy sitting on her nest so it's usually just the three others in the pond. One day I came home to find one of the babies missing. I finally found it out in the marsh grass and it wouldn't eat or drink for about 3 days so I captured it and gave it some electrolytes and food and put it in a cage for a couple of days. Now I let it back out with the others and the drake keeps chasing it away. It won't hold its neck up anymore it just rests it on its chest which looks weird but I can't tell if anything seriously injured. Any idea what could be wrong? How do I get the drake to leave it alone???

If you can upload a picture that would help.

You may need to separate the drake for a while. If it is seen as an outsider, you may need to brood it separately and then reintroduce carefully once it is as tall as the drake.

this is how it walks around. The other ones stand tall. I have it in a penned in area now so hopefully that helps with the drake.
