Can someone please tell what is going here? I noticed blood on some eggs and found one chicken like this?

Yes I have bathed and sprayed her with Vetericyn her and are keeping her seperate in a crate in a dark area to reduce egg production. Feeding only corn and water. I have been able to push it back in twice successfully. But it keeps coming back out? What should I do?

I'm sorry I didn't see your reply, I hope your chicken is doing better. Corn is not a good feed and could be causing the issues
