I was watching my Turkey poults and one of them stretched, when he did I got a glimpse of something weird under his wing, I picked him up to investigate and here is what I found...

There is two lumps under his wing and the top one is clear, my camera is trash and in the picture it looks like it is full of something but with my eyes I can see right through it, - a few viens, it seems like air to me or maybe a really clear liquid? The bottom one also is partially clear but I can see the crop on the other side of it. What do you think caused this and how should I treat it?

This does happen with turkeys. At least one poster had the vet tell the poster that it is believed to be caused by leakage of air from the lung. In that case they made a slight puncture to deflate it but as soon as the puncture sealed it re-inflated.

They ended up leaving it be since there really isn't anything you can do about it.

Thanks! I guess I will just let it stay then.

There is no harm in draining (deflating) it. I have a neighbor that had a tom whose air sac had caused a bubble in the neck area. He treated it by lancing with a knife so that it would stay open long enough for the area to heal Puncturing it with a needle just caused it to re-inflate as soon as the puncture sealed.

It may be worth a try to lance it rather than puncture it. Just avoid any blood vessels which should be easy to see under the circumstances.
