Something wrong with beak

I noticed it when I picked it out, that’s why I chose it. Need help caring for it I think it’s having a hard time eating and it’s being bullied by the other wyandottes that are the same age. This is a 6 week old Millie fluer Cochin. Super sweet. What is going on with this baby’s beak please
