Something wrong with my rooster/reletives

[MILOCHICKEN]

We got 6 Lavender Orpingtons in PA last year out of the 6 were 5roters, 1 hen. We kept 1 rooster and the hen. The rooster, named Batman, is our only rooster. This year we hatched 14 eggs and 11 out of them and 3 hens. Is there something wrong with my rooster that makes him have more roosters then hens?

It's not the rooster's fault. In chickens the hen determines the gender of the chick. Please amend your post to eliminate your age - it is against BYC rules.
