Something's wrong with my chick

I have 2 BO chicks about 1 week old. One isn't growing at all. She still looks like a tiny pingpong ball with fuzz ... except for her wing feathers coming in are kind of big. The other BO is at least 2x the size of the little one. Also, little one is not peeping / cheeping.... she just barely "whispers" . She stands on her own but isn't really active... never has been, but she just seems so tired all the time.

Help???


ETA - she is in a box with the other BO and 2 2wk old JGs, and in a bathroom with another box with 5 3-4wks old chicks.... so that is why I haven't noticed when she stopped cheeping. They are not under a light because it stays over 80 in that room and they are never piled up or acting cold - even sleeping.

thanks for replying!! ... that is what I was thinking, and then she seemed especially still today and wasn't making any noise when she tried. When I offer treats she eats a little bit of boiled egg and I have seen her pecking around in the feed tray.
I took a pic this afternoon but am at work so I can't upload it. THe other BO is huge compared to her, and is looking like a little chicken.... this one (nephew calls her Nugget) is still like a golfball. I hope she is ok.

I'm sorry, i think maybe she was just weak, sometimes they just don't thrive, could she have had respiratory trouble? you mentioned she was gasping, watch and listen to the others to be sure nobody else is having issues, and please don't beat yourself up over this, some just don't make it despite our best efforts

she started gasping today... only I thought she was trying to peep.... she was fat this afternoon, pecked at some hardboiled egg and their feed. Tonight she was so skinny and droopy. I tried to rub sugar water on the edge of her beak to get her to drink, but she wasn't interested.

*sigh*

The others seem fine.... but so did she?
