Sometimes the brown chick’s face is pale yellow and sometimes it gets red like this for few minutes , she’s 3 months old ! I wish it is a pullet !

Same. I called it a cockerel when the flushed pics were posted. I do believe it's a pullet. Full body pics would help though.
