Somewhat revisited-two hens attacking one

I have a very docile austrolorp who is getting attacked by two of my more dominant hens, an orpington and a banty. They have pecked her head bald and seriously bloody a couple of times now to the point of serious scaring over one eye. I remove the perpetrators for some time and they immediately start back on her once returned to the flock or I remove her and they attack her once returned to the flock. What can I do?

Can you provide more info? What is their living situation? How much space do they have? Always confined? Do they have a run? Do they ever get to forage on green plants? How many chickens do you have? How old are they? Did you get them all together, or is the bullied one a newbie? Etc....

Sorry. Been up to my eyeballs. I have been trying to stop this attack issue for some time. 12 hens, mixed ages, three pullets total in the flock. Two of the oldest (5 and 4 years) are the culprits, but the hen they go after is 4. Only the pullets are new. They free range all day over 1/2 acre that is fenced. I always have feed plus a flock block available. Multiple watering stations. I give treats whenever at hand.

I am also having an issue with bullying. My littlest hen-Winnie, was pulled from the flock for a week due to an impacted crop. She survived and I am trying to get her integrated back into the flock. I have six red mixed pullets that have all started layiing this last month. She is able to roost at night but during the day has to be in a seperate area in the run.The other girls can see her but not chase her and pick on her. While free ranging in the yard the other hens chase her arouung grab onto her neck feathers and basically beat her up. Each one is taking a turn and she is becoming a loner and runs when approached by the other chickens. All of the chickens are very friendly and eat from my hand and follow me everywhere. Can anyone out there help me get this little girl accepted by her flock again.
