hello,
I have a chook who has been unwell since Friday afternoon. I visited the vet (sans chook) and he's given me some antibiotics to give her, though not really sure what is wrong, but suspects egg-binding.
She has had really stinky diarrhoea, will eat and drink if offered to her, walked around outside a bit today but prefers to be sitting down, despite having a good grip on both feet. She looks alert and her comb is up.
Does this sound like egg-binding to anyone? Or do you think it may be something else?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Currently she is in the bathroom being kept warm, away from our other girls.
Thanks in advance for your help!
Cheers!
Lis
