Sooo I added ducks to my flock

What breed ducks are these? I got these because I liked the coloring... Not because I knew anyty about the breed Also are ducks able to be in colder weather than chickens? I have a heat lamp set up for them in their brooder and they stay away from it. They're 3 weeks old today...and... I think I have a boy and a girl...can anyone confirm?

Looks like you have rouen ducklings. They are too young to confirm gender at that point. I still provide a light before they are fully feathered, but if they are staying away from it, raise it a bit. Ducks are so fun, enjoy yours!

What are some things I should look for that could tell me what gender they are when they're older?

Drakes how a much lower and quieter voice and they will also eventually grow a single curly feather on their tail like the one below. This is one of my magpie drakes.

Ducks do not need heat in the broader as long as chicks. I don't provide heat at 3 weeks if the temperature are comfortable without extra clothing for humans.
