Hello all,
About a week ago my 4 month old Barnevelder started limping but had no obvious signs of tendon/bone/skin problems on her feet when I examined them. A couple days ago we looked at her feet again and noticed she has sores forming on the sides (and on one, down to the toes)

of both of her feet! I'm pretty sure it's not bumblefoot since it's not forming a large bubble, but I can't decide if it's the beginning stages of scaly foot. (Or are there other chicken feet diseases I'm unaware of?) We've had this girl now for 3 months and she hasn't been in contact with any other chickens other than our own. I'm hoping it's just sores but I don't know what would be causing these sores. Can anyone help? Thank you!
