Sort of an emergency, nurture right 360 is not heating up properly

My Nurture right 360 is not heating up to the right temperature, when I put the eggs and water in the temp didn’t get higher than 96.2, I’m measuring it on a Govee thermometer, the eggs have been in for a few hours, lid is sealed fine, house is warm, I can’t find any reason why it’s not heating up, when I first ran a test run it was fine, temp didn’t go up right after putting in eggs and water
