Sour crop treatment

I finally received the nystatin powder for my little hen! She is pretty small because she's been struggling with the sour crop for way too. I mixed 1/4 tsp of powder with 20 ml of water as the directions say on the package. Now how do I give it to her? Can I just add it to her food? Maybe Greek yogurt or eggs? I've tried with a small syringe but she's not having it. I figured that 4 to 5 ml twice a day would be a reasonable dose just from what I've researched. Is that accurate? Help!
