South carolina regulations on selling dressed poultry

Does anyone know what the rules are for selling dressed poultry directly from the farm to the consumer in South Carolina? I've searched the SCDA site and emailed the State Agriculture Department a couple of times, but thus far have not been contacted or found out any information. I'm sure there is a copy of the regulations online somewhere. I'm just not savvy enough to find them.
