Anyone know if you can get soy free feed from somewhere in MI? I called Cashton Farm Supply but the shipping was $18 for 1 bag so I am hoping to find someone in MI so the shipping wouldn't be so much.

If I could ask...why do you want to feed soy-free? Does the estrogen in soy transfer into the eggs? I cant think of another reason...thanks-hope you dont mind my curiosity...Terri O in WI

Hmmm...will have to check that out. Thanks--Terri O (PS) there is a soy free feed that Franks Feed in Jefferson, WI sells. Cant remember the name offhand but you could phone them and ask...

Grahams feed in Rosebush Mi sells it. There used to be a CSA (Garden Patch Farm) that would bring it into Whitmore Lake, but I don't know if they are doing that anymore.

I called Grahams Feed but they don't normally make it. They said they can mix it without the soy but I am hoping to find some already mixed without it that way the protein is still up there.
