I have 3 foot between poop board &
Door with a perch in centre of poop board is 3ft enough to fly down or will they bang into wall/door

That seems a little unnecessarily big. Mine is only 24" from back to front and catches 99% of the poops. How far from the floor is the tray?

The tray is 30 inch of floor

That's pretty high given that its only 3 feet from the wall. I'd decrease the size of the tray and give them a bit more room to land.

So I will cut it down to 24 inch
