Spacing Turkey eggs Day 14

Hi!
I received 37 turkey eggs by mail and we have hit Day 14. I decided to pull the eggs that were clear…I have a hard time giving up on eggs but these clearly had nothing but yolk inside.

So I am left with 18 eggs in a 49 egg incubator…so what is the best way to space them? I have attached a photo of how they were once I took all the other eggs out.

Thoughts?

Totally could, just wasn’t sure if there were some prevailing factors that would have me move them spaced more out or closer together.
I did remove 20 eggs, so eggs that once had a heat absorbing source near them don’t now, possibly having an effect growth.
