Spaghetti sauce?

I have a really good one. Well what "we" consider good anyway.
Never made it from home grown tomatoes though.

6 tbsp Olive Oil
4 Anchovy Fillets, chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, very finely chopped
1 lb tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp oregano
10-12 black olives, pitted and sliced
2 tbsp capers
salt and pepper to taste

Heat oil with anchovies in large skillet over low heat. Stir until anchovies dissolve.
Add garlic and cook for a few minutes.
Add tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper.
Bring to boil then simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes
Add olives and capers to sauce
serve over pasta.

Even people that make a face when I tell them about the anchovies LOVE this sauce
