Does anyone have a solution to sparrows getting in their pens and eating on the chicken feed?

Here's a pic of one of the pens. Not very pretty but functional. I have 3 fully encolsed pens set up inside a pole barn that I can open up to their outside yards. Even when closed up, the smallest barn birds go through the chicken wire to feed. I have 1 fake crow to put on 1 feeder from Halloween. Seems to help a bit.

Forgot to mention the trap also works for starlings. Any birds that get trapped that you want to let go can be released without harm.

I’ve had mine for years and it works great. I use bread crust for bait. They can’t resist it.

The rat proof feeder is also bird proof. Once the feed is out of their reach they will have no reason to stick around. Trapping your way out of a bird problem isn't going to happen.

Sparrows are always getting into my run. I just let them. They are eating what the chickens are spilling on the ground. I was sad that one managed to get it's foot caught in the net and chain link. It took two of us to get her free and took her to a rescue to be taken care of.
