Speck of red in chicken poop

I saw some red on a couple of white liquid droppings, but the other deposits have been normal. The chickens are also acting energetic as always, should I be worried? I read sometimes chickens shed intestinal linings and was wondering if it could be as simple as that.

Let’s say they don’t have that sickness, would giving it hurt them even if they are okay? I can get the medicine, I’m just scared of hurting my flock.

Thank you very much for taking the time to educate me on this. Assuming I’m catching it early, if I start treating all my chickens tomorrow they should be okay? I know nothing is guaranteed, but I just want to know I at least tried you know?
