Pullet. I've little doubt of it.

Is it the upright tail that's giving you a hard time with it? Take a photo of the comb/head. This one she is turned away but I think if the comb had growth to it I'd see it in photo. If that comb is red at this age of 3 months then it's a cockerel. But I'm going with pullet based upon the round hackle feathers and small comb (can't see in photo so must be small). The upright tail? Meh, chalk it up as hatchery stock genetic throwback to Mediterranean bloodlines for better egg production.
