I have 4 SS, which I'm thinking are all female; at 5 weeks their combs are almost identical and not showing the slightest signs of pinking. They are gentle 'girls' and calm quickly when being held, but are certainly not the first to rush over when I enter their pen. They are, however, the most willing to mill about near me and they are voracious foragers even at 5 weeks. Cute, cute cute.
