Speckled sussex

Can anybody post a shot of what to look for in a really good speckled sussex?
do you want a lot of speckle, just a little?
whats the "ideal" amount of color?

From what I know the less speckle the better. As they age more and more speckle will appear. So you want to start with birds that have more color than white speckles.

I live in Weslaco, just 6 miles off the border between mcallen and harlingen, do you know the jalufka family in cuero? gabe,cody,...their daddy is sherrif in karnes county?
anyway the birds came from ideal, I just wanted to know what to look for I will begin thinning the flock here in a few weeks, I have 25 and only need about 15.
I am not showing them or anything, just wanted to cull accordingly
