Speckledhen I Need Your Help

I have someone coming to pick up my little barred cochin bantam rooster to take to their farm because I can't keep him in the city. I am beginning to wonder whether or not my other full size barred rock is a pullett or a roo. I don't know the exact age of either of them, but i bought them on may 12, and they had quite a lot of feathers at that point so i would guess they are probably around 9 weeks old at this point. The one in question has black down the front of it's legs, and is considerably darker than the obvious roo, but it's comb is a little more red than i would think a pullets would be at nine weeks. Let me know what you think.

Looks like a hen compared to the other roo.

Looks like a hen to me too. Compare the legs. I've had Barred
Rocks that didn't develop until 16 weeks. If the legs on the back one
are thinner it's a hen.
