Ok, I have a couple of barred Rocks for your opinion. Sorry the pictures are so horrible. I even took them twice, but I wanted a picture of the head spot and legs. Hope they are clear enough.

I hope I'm not butting in here, but I hatched out 3 br's, and I knew the 2 roos because they were fighting at 2 days old. My sister says that her way of sexing is pretty accurate. She holds them in her hand, with their legs out, then rotates her hand until the chicks feet are pointed up. She says the pullets will pull their feet back toward their bodies, while the cockerals will push their feet out away from their bodies. That sounds as good as anything else I've heard....

Those pics are pretty blurry, but they look like pullets to me. I posted some pics in this thread so take a look.

The legs on my girls are almost always pretty dark down the front and the boys have almost no dark at all.

I think they are pullets too, but I needed a second opinion. The pic are awful, and one of the legs aren't as dark as I would have though, but the spot seems very defined.
