He is probably a Easter egger by looks of him.

I think he may be a Splash Ameraucana, everything looks to be right. He also would be a lower quality one.

If he were an Ameraucana I would say he looks more like an ermine than a splash. I'm leaning towards EE just because his cheek flares & beard seem barely there...
