Splash chick with srange feathers

My splash orpington chick is 3 weeks old & her feathers are growing in strangely. The other chicks' feathers lay down smoothly but this one's stick up a bit and have a "messy" look to them. They are not curled like a frizzle. They also feel "rougher" than the other chicks' feathers.

Any ideas as to what could cause this? She is not getting picked on or bothered by the others.

I am not sure what caused the strange feathering, I would just wait and see if when she gets her adult plumage her feathers grow in normally.
