Splash Orpington 2 and a half month old chick turned completely white

I have four 2 and a half month old purebred Splash Orpington chicks. All chicks had the normal splash markings then I noticed one was getting lighter in feather color. Then I was noticing that it was getting lighter each day after that. Now it's feathers are completely white.I'm hoping that there is someone out there who has had this happen or know what causes it.

I have a splash cochin that turned out to be mainly white as she matured but still has a few after molting.
